Apricity is one of my favorite words, meaning the warmth of the sun in the winter. I love the way the sun reflects off fresh snow, creating a luminous glittering effect. This location is on the hill behind my art studio in Morrison, Colorado. I love the magic feeling of the silent forest after fresh snow.
